Jan Juc blaze threatens homes

An exploding gas bottle is understood to be the cause of a blaze at Jan Juc on Monday.

The fire briefly threatened two homes.

Fire crews managed to contain the fire on Alexandra Avenue in around an hour.

Nobody was injured.
