Jason Cloke tells Neil Mitchell he won’t bring his kids to the footy anymore

Tom Elliott

Former Collingwood footballer Jason Cloke won’t take his family to the footy because of feral fans.

Cloke, the brother of Bulldog Travis, has three young kids, but he won’t take them to the AFL anymore.

‘They don’t need to hear some of the language my brother, their uncle, is getting called,’ Jason told Neil Mitchell on Tuesday.

‘I’d rather sit at home and watch it on the telly.’

Cloke played 76 games for the Magpies, and now plays for Parkside in the Western Region Football League third division.

He said crowd behaviour is not any better at the local level so he doesn’t take his kids to see him play very often.
