Victoria’s COVID-19 response commander has answered several questions about who is allowed to do what under the latest easing of restrictions in Victoria.

Jeroen Weimar confirmed all Victorians aged over 12 years and two months would be required to be fully vaccinated to attend public venues such as pubs and restaurants from midnight.

“I think we’ve given people fair warning,” he said.

He also addressed concern about the current State of Emergency expiring at midnight on December 15.
