Jimmy Bartel has one big question following shock NBA trade

The basketball world has gone into meltdown in recent days following NBA star Luka Doncic’s shock trade to the LA Lakers.

It led Jimmy Bartel to wonder whether a similar setup could work in the AFL, which would see an expanded trade period and players moving clubs without their consent.

“This means now in basketball that no one is untradeable,” he said on Wide World of Sports.

“It lead me to think whether (fans) want to see greater movement in the AFL.”
