John Pesutto makes announcement on his future after losing defamation case against Moira Deeming

State opposition leader John Pesutto has fronted the media in a press conference this afternoon after losing his defamation case against former colleague Moira Deeming, confirming he’ll continue as leader of the opposition.

He says Victorians deserve better leadership than what they’re currently getting by the Allan state government.

“We need better leadership in Victoria, that’s why I have this job, that’s why I intend to continue in this role,” he said.
