Former Noiseworks frontman Jon Stevens is back with his long awaited new album, Starlight.

Co-written with legendary musician Dave Stewart, co-founder of the Grammy-winning duo Eurythmics, Starlight features tracks with artists Ringo Starr and Vanessa Amorosi.

Speaking on 3AW Afternoons, John said having Ringo on the album is a blessing.

‘He loved what he was hearing, when we did One Way Street which is the track he played on, I just asked him, ‘Would you play drums on this mate?’ he said ‘I’d love to, nobody ever asks me to play drums.’

Starlight will be launched at Trak on April 7 – Tickets available via ticketmaster.com.au

Starlight is out March 31st or pre order via jonstevensofficial.com
