‘Justice has lost the plot’: Neil Mitchell left stunned by ‘secret’ quashing of convictions

Neil Mitchell says Victoria’s justice system has “lost the plot”.

It comes on the back of a report in the Herald Sun revealed 50 “serious” criminals had convictions wiped in “secret” court hearings, under a new law.

“The victims don’t know, the public doesn’t know, and that is the problem,” Neil Mitchell said.
