‘Kangaroo is the quintessential symbol of Australia’: Tom Elliott has an idea if Australian flag is changed

Should Australia consider a new flag because ours is too similar to the UK and NZ? There has been confusion throughout social media about our colours throughout the olympics.

Tom Elliott is happy with our current flag, however has come up with a suggestion if we were to change our flag colours to green and gold.

“The kangaroo is the quintessential symbol of Australia,” Elliott said on 3AW Mornings.
