HITTING THE ROAD: Well, you do know I love trekking through regional Victoria. The forecast is chilly this weekend, so camping is off the cards – instead I’m hitting the road an Apollo Motorhome to explore the Macedon Ranges. Don’t worry, I’ve checked, and there’s a heater in this deluxe little camper; I’m booked into a heap of eateries I’ve never experienced before so it should be a cracker – I’ll report back next week.

HOT SHOE SHUFFLE: Want to get involved in Truffle Season but a little wary about knowing just what to do with the black gold? Well, try the Truffle Shuffle at Georgie’s Harvest at the Sth Melbourne. During July, Georgie and her team will hand over a Truffle Shuffle starter-kit – so you can buy a truffle, choose a recipe, wander through the market for your ingredients; head home and cook up a storm!
