Kevin Muscat admits morale is ‘dented slightly’ after five-match winless run

Melbourne Victory’s morale has been ‘dented slightly’ by a five-match winless run.

But coach Kevin Muscat told Sports Today despite the streak, expectations of what the club can achieve this season remain ‘very high’.

‘I’d be a fool to be saying morale isn’t dented slightly, but we’ve got to maintain belief in how we want to play,’ Muscat said on Wednesday.

‘That, coupled with some hard work, is the way out.’
