Lance Rosen shares his BBQ and soul food secrets

Lance Rosen joined 3AW Afternoons to provide his take on the best barbeque and soul food from across the United States.  

His book, Temples of BBQ, tells the story of his family and their journey across the Southern and Midwest states, from food trucks to rib shacks. 

‘People are very determined about their barbeque, and that their barbeque is the only true barbeque,’ he said.
