LATEST: Blaze breaks out at Doncaster restaurant

A fire has broken out at a restaurant on Doncaster Road.

Anne rang 3AW Drive on Tuesday to alert Tom Elliott to the blaze.

“One of the restaurants is on fire,” she said.

Fire Rescue Victoria confirmed 11 vehicles were currently responding to the fire, which is in the kitchen of a restaurant.

There are apartments in the building above the restaurant.
