Jacqui Felgate

A Victorian law expert says mandatory sentences are not going to make us safer.

Tania Wolff, councillor with the Law Institute of Victoria has told 3AW Drive, good intentions don’t always have the best outcomes.

‘As a community we all want the same thing, we all want to know what works on crime,’ Councillor Wolff told Nick McCallum.
