Law firm to investigate possible class action against Optus

Slater and Gordon is investigating a possible class action against Optus over the massive data breach that comprised the information of millions of current and former customers.

Ben Zocco, Class Actions Senior Associate at Slater and Gordon, said the law firm was working as fast as possible to see if action was viable.

He said they were particularly concerned about “vulnerable” customers, such as victims of domestic violence, stalking or asylum seekers who’d fled conflict overseas.
