Premier of Victoria Daniel Andrews has thrown out suggestions by the coroner to open a safe injecting facility in North Richmond.

Speaking to Tom Elliott on 3AW Drive, Leader of the Greens, Senator Richard Di Natale said communities are losing the war on drugs.

‘The idea that we would refuse to implement strategies that we know work because of the politics….ultimately most people in the community understand we are not winning this war and it’s about time we look at things that work.’ he said.
