Leading scientist weighs in on coal to nuclear transition

The Coalition has put forward its 2025 energy policy with the coal to nuclear transition playing a major part in that policy.

But with the current push for a transition from coal to nuclear energy, science expert and senior physics lecturer at RMIT Dr Gail Isles says there’s a lack of facts.

“I read the Victorian Government Parliamentary debate on this and there seems to be a lack of facts on both sides,” Dr Gail Isles told Neil Mitchell this morning.
