Leading senior constable suspended without pay over driving charges

A high-ranking police officer has been suspended without pay after being caught driving without a licence and while disqualified.

The leading senior constable was stopped by police on Clyde Road, Berwick, in November.

He’s been charged with driving whilst authorisation suspended and unlicensed driving. 

He has been summonsed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on February 11.
