The Liberal Party has been accused of “not being agile” after their resounding defeat in the federal election on the weekend.

Executive Director of Hilma’s Network, Charlotte Mortlock, joined Tom Elliott on 3AW Mornings to discuss why the Liberals seem to struggle with female voters in particular.

“We had a real lack of policies aimed at women at this particular election campaign, I don’t think we really even tried,” Ms Mortlock said.

“We cannot keep doing the same thing, and expect it to be different.”
