Leigh Matthews questions Travis Cloke’s future after Collingwood forward dropped again

Travis Cloke has been dropped again and it’s got Leigh Matthews questioning the forward’s football future.

It’s the second time Cloke has been axed by Collingwood this season.

While being dropped is bad enough, Matthews said one aspect of Cloke’s axing appeared telling.

Ruckman Jarrod Witts has come into the side, which already contains Brodie Grundy, Mason Cox and Jesse White.

‘If he’s been left out for a third ruckman, we’ve got to think the future is dire there,’ Matthews said on Sports Today.

‘That’s a gigantic statement.’
