Leigh Matthews says 12 rival clubs would want Majak Daw as a starting ruck
Leigh Matthews says Majak Daw should consider leaving North Melbourne.
Matthew said Daw could be the first ruck for up to 12 other clubs.
Daw is currently North’s back-up ruckman, but played very well against Richmond after Todd Goldstein was a late withdrawal.
Matthews said Daw would thrive if he got a chance to be the number one.
‘It’s bad luck for North, but Majak Daw has to find a club that Goldstein’s not at,’ he said.
Matthews said Daw could end up like Shane Mumford, who left Geelong to become a top-class ruckman.
