Life Saving Victoria issues warning ahead of the end of the patrol season

Victoria’s beach patrol season ends for the year on Monday.

But Life Saving Victoria warns the risks in the water don’t stop when summer ends.

It comes after a horror summer for drownings in Victoria.

“We saw some pretty big numbers,” Liam Krige, General Manager of Lifesaving Services, told 3AW.
