Lighting trailer fall causing heavy traffic on the West Gate Bridge

A lighting trailer has fall off a truck, causing traffic chaos on the West Gate Bridge.

Andrew Crook from the Department of Transport said “traffic is queueing up pretty rapidly” with three outbound lanes closed.
