List of suburbs where it’s cheaper to buy than rent “likely” to grow

It’s now cheaper to buy than rent at Diggers Rest and Longwarry.

And one economist believes it’s likely a handful of outer suburban suburbs could soon join the list.

“It can definitely happen,” Nerida Conisbee from realestate.com.au told 3AW Breakfast

“They tend to be outer suburban areas.”
