Livinia Nixon speaks on her monumental decision to sign off after two decades

Livinia Nixon will be stepping down from her role on 9 News Melbourne after two decades in the job.

Nixon announced the change comes from a shift in focus to be more available for her family as her two sons progress through their final years of schooling.

“People are so lovely, it’s almost like they watched me grow up and go through all those milestones in life, so it’s really nice that I can share this with everyone,” Nixon told Jacqui Felgate.
