He’s fast-becoming one of the faces of the Bourke Street tragedy and he’s nothing short of an inspiration.

Lou ‘the cabbie’ took charge in the face of a crisis on Friday, helping several injured victims after they were struck during the rampage.

And he remains defiant in the face of an act which shook the city.

‘We’re a lovely city and we can overcome anything,’ he told Neil Mitchell.
