‘Lucky to be alive’: Cyclist almost killed by teenage girls in horrific hit-run incident

A cyclist is lucky to be alive after being run over by teenage girls, who allegedly taunted the cyclist and posted it on social media.

The victim’s sister, Brooke, said his brother is “shocked and traumatised” while recovering in hospital.

And Jacqui Felgate received a statement from police that left her “speechless”.
