Major delays on the Monash Freeway inbound following serious smash

A car has been crushed following a major crash on the Monash Freeway.

The incident happened around near Stud Road inbound just before 8am.

A vehicle was reportedly crushed between a truck and 4WD.

A woman in her 40s was trapped for around half an hour, she was taken to the Alfred Hospital in a serious condition.

Two other women were treated by paramedics for minor injuries.
