Malcolm Turnbull’s biographer Paddy Manning has turned his back on the PM.

Manning wrote ‘Born to Rule: The unauthorised biography of Malcolm Turnbull’.

Tony Jones spoke with him about his change of heart and the reason behind it.

 ‘I think he has proved a disappointment in his first year as Prime Minister.’

‘Malcolm Turnbull was a leader that had the potential to appeal to people on both sides of politics.’

 ‘I don’t think he’s delivered on the promise, he is captive to his party.’ ? Mr Manning told 3AW Mornings.
