Man allegedly clips pedestrian and then car in CBD

A man has been arrested after allegedly clipping a pedestrian, another car and then falling asleep behind the wheel in the heart of the city.

Paramedics were called to the corner of Flinders and Elizabeth Streets shortly after 5.30pm on Wednesday.

Police confirmed they’d arrested a man after a search of his car located drug paraphernalia.

The pedestrian was not injured.
