Man allegedly harassed and exposed himself to female retail worker at Rosebud

Word On The Street | 

A man harassed a female staff member in Rosebud retail store.

He then went behind the shop counter an allegedly exposed himself.

Frank owns the store and spoke with Tom Elliott.

?He?s gone into the shop, behind the counter and undone his pants?.

The manager contacted police, and Frank says they told him that this was not a crime.

?I?ve been away. I?m going down there to sort this out.? ? Frank told 3AW Drive.
