Eyewitness Jo provided a vivid account of the “scary and confronting” ordeal on 3AW Drive.

“It just felt uncomfortable, I thought they were going to mug us,” Jo told Jacqui Felgate.

Victoria Police earlier released the following information:

It is alleged a Kia rammed a Volkswagen several times before both vehicles crossed to the other side of the road, colliding with a civilian vehicle.

After exiting one of the vehicles, the victim, a 20-year-old Broadmeadows man, was allegedly stabbed in the upper body.

“Four males were taken into custody, and they’ve been released pending further enquiries,” Victoria Police told 3AW Breakfast.

“It’s understood a number of people also left the scene prior to police getting there.”
