Man arrested after he allegedly brandished fake gun at Aldi

A man has been arrested over an alleged theft where it’s claimed he brandished a fake gun.

3AW Drive was alerted to the incident at a South Melbourne Aldi supermarket on Wednesday.

He was arrested without incident.

He is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
