Man arrested after taxi crashes into a house in Melbourne’s south-east

A man is in custody after a taxi crashed into a house at Noble Park.

Witnesses say the driver of the taxi fled on foot following the crash at the corner of Athol and Corrigan roads at 2.45am.

A 21-year-old man was arrested a short distance away.

No one was injured in the incident.
