Man arrested following CBD smash

A man has been arrested after allegedly crashing into a traffic light pole in Melbourne’s CBD. 

The alleged offender was reportedly travelling on the wrong side of the road on Bourke Street when it flipped at the Swanston Street intersection.

The man is yet to be formally interviewed by police.
