Man arrested over explosion at Frankston shopping centre

A man has been arrested after several gas bottles exploded at Bayside Shopping Centre last Thursday.

Flames shot into the sky and the plaza was evacuated as a result.

Nobody was injured.

Police have arrested a 57-year-old man in relation to the matter.
