Man blocks busy intersection in inner-city Melbourne

Traffic was disrupted earlier today when a man stopped his car in the middle of the road and climbed on top of it.

Caller Kat told Tony Moclair the incident occurred on the corner of Chapel Street and Toorak road.

“He is talking about President Putin … no trams can get through,” she said.
