Man charged after being spotted impersonating PSO at pub
A man has been charged in Melbourne’s south-east after stealing protective officer clothing and attempting to impersonate a police officer.
The 46-year-old man allegedly stole police shirts boots on Sunday afternoon, with police later that night receiving reports of a man holding a imitation fireman and impersonating an officer.
Officers were later called to a premises on Dandenong Road in Oakleigh, where the man was arrested and charged.
