Man charged after woman shot in the face with a spear gun

A man has been charged following a spear gun shooting at Hallam.

Emergency services were called to a house on Saturday night where a woman was found with injuries to the face.

She remains in a critical condition.

A Hallam man, 46, has been charged with intentionally causing serious injury.

He’s been remanded in custody to appear at Melbourne Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
