Man charged for attempted murder of on-duty paramedic

A 32-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following the stabbing of an on-duty paramedic in Reservoir on Thursday morning. 

The victim, who was attacked outside a local cafe, was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police apprehended the suspect at a nearby residence shortly after the incident.
