Man charged with arson over Dane Swan’s pub fire

A 47-year-old man arrested over a fire at a South Melbourne pub has been charged with one count of Arson.
He is believed to be the builder working on the refurbishment of the historic pub, which is partly owned by footballer Dane Swan.
