Man charged with murder of Celeste Manno

Luay Sako has been charged with the murder of Celeste Manno.

It’s alleged he stalked the 23-year-old for months before allegedly murdering her in her Mernda home on Monday.

He was interviewed by homicide squad detectives on Thursday after having hand surgery.

The 35-year-old will face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court, charged with one count of murder, on Thursday night.
