Man critical after Springvale Road hit-run

A man is fighting for life after being struck by a car in a hit-run in Melbourne’s south-east.

The man, aged in his 20s, suffered pelvic injuries as a result of being hit on Springvale Road around 9.20pm on Sunday.

He remains in a critical condition at The Alfred hospital.

The car, believed to black, did not stop and continued travelling south.

Police are calling for witnesses.
