Man dies after being pulled from water at Ocean Grove

A Melbourne man has died after getting into trouble in the water at Ocean Grove.

The incident happened at about 3pm on Wednesday.

The man, believed to be aged in his 50s and from Preston, was pulled from the water but could not be revived.

A report will be prepared by police for the coroner.
