A man has died after crashing his electric unicycle in Bellfield yesterday evening.

The 35-year-old Heidelberg Heights man was riding along the Darebin Creek Trail when the crash occurred just after 5pm.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
