Man dies at Aspendale beach

A male body has been pulled from the water at Aspendale beach.

He was found unresponsive in the vicinity of Park Lane about 3.30pm on Monday.

Police will await the results of a post-mortem to determine the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.

They’ll prepare a report for the coroner.
