Man dies in possible drive-by shooting at Thomastown

A man has died following a shooting in Thomastown this morning.
The victim, aged in his 50s, was taken to hospital in a critical condition but died later this morning.
A four-year-old suffered non-life threatening injuries to the legs.
Witnesses heard two shots, followed by four more rounds about 3.45am.
That was followed by screams and the sound of a car leaving the scene.
There are bullet holes in the windows.
It’s not yet clear if the shots came from inside or outside the house.
Police are searching for the gunman.
There have been no arrests.
