Man fighting for life after being hit by a car in Melbourne’s east

A man is fighting for life in hospital after being hit by a car in Melbourne’s east.

The 65-year-old was struck at the intersection of Whitehorse Road and Station Street in Mitcham shortly before 10pm last night.
