Man injured as gas cylinder explodes at West Footscray

A man has been seriously injured after a welding gas cylinder exploded at West Footscray.

Jonathan alerted Tom Elliott to the incident on Friday afternoon.

Emergency crews were called to the scene on Tottenham Parade.

Ambulance Victoria told 3AW Drive the man had been taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a stable condition with lower body injuries.
