Man offers to pay struggling woman’s vet bills after hearing her story on 3AW

A man has offered to pay for a woman’s veterinary bills after she admits on 3AW she’s doing it tough. 

Maggie tells 3AW Mornings with Tony Jones she has paid over $3000 to try and keep her pet dog healthy.

‘I’ll be paying them after he goes.’

Maggie says, ‘At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter? It doesn’t matter, his comfort is supreme.’

Maggie and her dog are grieving the recent loss of Maggie’s husband.

The 15-year-old Bullmastiff suffers is currently being treated for arthritis and cancer.

John heard Maggie’s call on 3AW Mornings and has kindly offered to pay for her bills.

‘I’ve rang Patterson Lakes vets and told them I’ll pay the bill,’ he tells Tony Jones.
