Man caught on unregistered high-powered e-scooter in St Kilda

Police have charged a 60-year-old man after he was intercepted on a private e-scooter in St Kilda.

Police observed a man riding a high-powered, tricked up e-scooter on Canterbury Road around 4:30pm on Wednesday afternoon.
